Queen Elizabeth NP is known for its rich diversity of landscapes—from open savannahs to crater lakes and tropical rainforests. Game drives offer sightings of four of the Big 5. A boat safari on the Kazinga Channel lets you spot elephants, hippos, buffaloes and a variety of bird species up close. In the southern part of the park, keep an eye out for the famous tree-climbing lions—believed to seek cooler spots up in the trees.
