Hauptstadt der Schimpansen
Kibale Forest NP hosts the largest population of chimpanzees in the country, with around 1.450 individuals. With the highest primate diversity in Uganda—twelve other primate species—you’ll have excellent opportunities to see chimpanzees up close as they have been habituated by researchers. The park is also home to almost 400 bird species and other mammals like leopards, lions, forest elephants and antelopes.
